(2024-Present)

In my two years as club president, I have learned how to organize and host event as the coordinator. Through this, I deeply realized the importance of a team and effective delegation. Additionally, being a public figure within a christian based organization taught me the importance of character development and integrity. My time in this role continuously allows me refine my leadership skills both outwardly and inwardly.

Vice President, Black Male Leadership Initiative [BMLI] (2024-2025)

In my year as Vice President of BMLI, I learned the importance of role modeling. Being that the primary initiative of the organization is to develop other leaders, I was able be a leader of leaders. While leading others in this role, I realized that explaining the "what to do" is important but more significant than that is to communicate the "why we do it". My time in this role helped me grow my patience as a understanding leader

Resident Assistant, LSU ResLife
(2022-2025)
In my three years as a Resident Assistant, I had the opportunity to learn from other great leaders all six semesters. Being that the RA was highly competitive in the hiring process and I worked on three different team of 12-15 RAs, I always had an opportunity to from impactful campus leaders each year. I also learned how to communicate as a crisis responder with Law Authorities, the impaired, and intoxicated individuals. In my role as an RA I grew as a communicator who could respond almost every situation.
